today was nature class and we went to little qualicum falls... it was pretty sweet

we had to shoot the falls.. basically... so here you go haha

hi!

so today turned out pretty terrible.. but thats ok i got my moxie (ya! new slang word i just learned! search it :D) i didnt have a very good shoot in lifestyles with my rollerbladers but by then end it was.. okish!

then my harddrive decided to be full so i had to back up everything and it took FOREVER!
but i got it all done, and i have moved on....
got my webdesign homework done too...
doing my business write up dealy thing tonight possibly...
but i also might just pack it in... who knows haha
got to go skateboarding today, it was pretty fun...
so i guess my moxie really worked out :)

we went to mitlenatch (im not sure if that is how you spell it) island today
on a zodiac it was freakin sweet! i am full of salt water tho cuz i got splashed alot while on the boat haha

i went to a show tonight, it was pretty alright.. they are playing again
tomorrow at one in a park.. and im thinking about shooting them again because
i like their music haha

hockey was sweet today, makes me sad that, that was most likely the last time
i play in the valley, oh well though haha, Ive decided that I am going to go mountain biking alot because i found some AMAZING trails :)

going to a pancake breakfast tommorrow(if im up) then going to the concert... then maybe skimboarding... i really dont know yet haha

went to the highland games today they were pretty freakin awesome
then i had chinese food.. gosh i am multicultural hahahah
hockey was terrible.. couldnt get my head in the game so i let alot of goals in haha
oh well though, got asked to play tomorrow so i shall do that...

going mountain biking along with hockey tomorrow.. then cleaning my car.. then going to a concert in cumberland.. YAY its gonna be a fun filled day

free food and a shirt!

so my friend made me go to this photo shoot thingy for the school today
and to my suprise there was free pizza!!! which was freakin awesome... I got to stand in the background of some shot that will be used for next years viewbook for the college haha..

also i got a new shirt which is super nice and it was also free!
drum lessons went awesomely today. I bought a new practice pad as well as a book... hopefully i will be pro soon!

off to watch american idol and finish off signing up for oregon!

mountain biking!

hi there

today was pretty sweet, we shot mountain bikers in our lifestyle class

not much else really happened but thats ok, however, i did finish up alot of homework
that was stressing me out, and now i have a huge weight lifted off my shoulders :)

thinking about going to tofino this weekend... or chilling around here and going mountain biking.. both sound pretty sweet... seeing is i have hockey on saturday I will most likely just hang out here.

I have to talk to a music store tomorrow for a business profile i have to do for business class... and i have drum lessons tomorrow YAY! that will most likely be the highlight of my wednesday haha

just playing around with light

Hi there

So i was watching zach arias's workshop on lighting when i was back home
for my practicum and i was just remembering some of the things that he said reguarding
turning off the sky with aperture so i decided just to fool around with my flash and
see what happened. it may not mean alot to you, but it really was starting to make sense to me, even tho the photo really isnt that good, but atleast i can admit that right?

on another lovely note,
a glass broke while i was washing it last night and it took a good solid chunk out of
my knuckle, I bled FOREVER last night haha it was pretty traumatic.

not doing much else tonight, just watching the canucks disappoint me :( while writing a proposal for my gallery show(which i am doing on live music, of course)

So today i went to comox lake and walked around....

THEN!

I got the urge to pretend to be a paparazzi and shoot people haha
here is a super creeper shot from today haha I am really getting the urge to go
to a concert soon.. its nearly killing me!! because it is all i want to
photograph at the moment, so I shall go to Jazz night on Thursday

Didnt do much else today, trying to have a lazy day cuz I am just
dead from the last two days adventuring around Van Isle.

I have to write a Bio about myself and my photography later tonight for an
assignment for web design class... what to write.. what to write...

so seeing as everyone gets their mom's flowers on mothers day, i shall do the same. here ya go mom haha

shot these all at butchart gardens in victoria! it was a beautiful day and i am just
exhausted from it :)

there is a carnival in town, so i might check that out tomorrow, so i can

I am really exhausted so im going to keep this short.

Went to Hornby Island today to shoot wildflowers but i was more
interested in the rock formations on the beach.

Heading to Victoria tomorrow morning to check out some
more flowers and gardens and such. Sounds kinda boring but
ill go just for the sake of going

went to drum lessons today, it was pretty sweet, although i just learned about
the proper way to hold my sticks and such. Im going to practice hard tho and hopefully
be an awesome drummer at some point in my life!!!

school was ok today, it stressed me out about the gallery and porfolio projects

im going to freak out tonight about advertising shots.
